Start your morning our on the right side of the bed with this thick and frosty Fall shake. **By freezing the coconut milk and pumpkin puree into ice cube trays, your prep time is cut in half and guarantees a refreshingly chilled shake!


Prepared in 5 minutes or less.

Ingredients 5 frozen pumpkin puree ice cubes 5 frozen unsweetened coconut milk ice cubes Dash of light cream 1 Tbs agave honey or maple syrup Pinch of Sea salt ½ tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp Chia or Flax seeds Garnish with whole cinnamon sticks

Preparation Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. Yields 2 servings.

Autumn equals pumpkin time! Along with Snoopy and the ever-faithful Linus. Pumpkin lovers will rejoice in this fuss-free recipe that turns ordinary French toast or roasted squash into something extraordinary.


Prepared in 10 minutes or less.

Ingredients 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, room temperature 1 vanilla bean, halved horizontally, seeds scraped into bowl ½ tsp Pumpkin spice ½ tsp freshly ground nutmeg 1 Tbs superfine sugar Pinch Sea salt

Preparation Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Whip with a spatula until smooth. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
