I've personally had the delicious pleasure of sitting down and tasting Chef Natalie's creations!  Last weekend I threw a surprise 40th dinner celebration for my husband and Chef Natalie whipped up this menu for us (intimate dinner of 12).





yes it was as DELISH as it sounds and looks!

I couldn't pass up sharing one her recipe's with all you M.O.Ms to enjoy.  Chef Natalie pursued her passion and after starting a family decided to keep her dream going.

Here is what you will need...Serves 4-6 

1 cup rice, white or brown
2 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 avocado, diced
bibb or iceberg lettuce, shredded
Corn and Black Bean Salsa (recipe here)
Creamy Chipotle Sauce (recipe here)
Begin by cooking the rice according to the package directions. While the rice is cooking, prepare the Corn and Black Bean Salsa and the Chipotle Sauce (recipes below), and place both in the refrigerator until ready to assemble bowls.
