Taste It Thursdays ~ Summer Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Wraps in the Winter!

It may be a summer 'style' slow cooker meal but ... how 'bout you? It's cold out and I want to think about summer and still use my slow cooker!  Well, this 'Taste It Thursday' we turned to our trusty 'Betty Crocker' for yummy family dinner ideas!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Wraps with Coleslaw 


What you need:
1 boneless pork roast (4 lb) 
1 bottle (18 oz) barbecue sauce 

Coleslaw 
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded 2 large carrots, shredded (1 cup) 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup buttermilk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lime juice 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 24 (8-inch) Old El Paso® flour tortillas for Burritos
